Amped is a dynamically developing and repeatedly rewarded organisation which specialises in elaborating solutions used for processing video images so that they can be used in court proceedings and in investigation proceedings.
Together with its strategic partners all over the world, Amped is always trying to adjust to the constantly changing requirements and needs of customers. Amped was established for one, particular purpose: 'To become the best provider of forensic image analysing software in the world'.
Amped was established in 2008 by experienced engineers in cooperation with the Image Processing Laboratory at the University of Trieste and Italian Carabinieri from a forensic laboratory from Parma. Their mission was to create a software that every image analyst would dream of.
From the very beginning Amped was acknowledged as a national and international innovator. In 2008, only one year after it was established, Amped got a reward in the Tech Garage competition.
In 2010 was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the book entitled: "Zwycięskie Włochy: Almany włoskiej doskonalości". The book emphasises some important innovations and achievements of Italian companies and individuals.
